Report what was done

Tell Eevo which option was carried out, so the console shows whether its advice is followed.

Once you know what was done after a decision, report it with the decision's id. One report covers every stakeholder. Eevo compares the chosen option with each stakeholder's best and records, for each, whether it was followed. It is free.

• chosen_option: the option carried out, "A" to "H", or "none".
• decided_by: "agent" or "human", whoever made the final call.
• note and reported_by are optional.
• Send followed: true or false instead only when the stakeholders agreed and no single option was carried out.

Reporting again replaces the earlier report. Any key of your organization may report. Report only what you know: a guessed chosen decision makes the follow rates on Conflicts wrong.
